Description
Bright Double Room with Private Bathroom & Tower Bridge Views- Near St Katharine Dock/ Wapping
My current flatmate is moving into his own place after a great run here, so I’m looking for a friendly, respectful female professional to take his spot.
Available from: 6th December (priority given to move-in dates on or close to the 6th)
Rent: £1,300/month + approx. £250 bills (Council Tax, Wi-Fi, Water, Energy)
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent
Contract Length: Long-term preferred
Viewings: Fri 9th Oct, Sat 10th Oct, Mon 12th Oct
The Flat & Room:
A bright double room in a secure, gated development with a daytime concierge (no missed parcel deliveries!) and secure fob entry to the building. You will have your own dedicated, non-en-suite bathroom directly next to your room.
The highlight of the flat is a large private balcony with stunning views over Tower Bridge and The Shard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening tea. The home is clean, tidy, and clutter-free - a calm, peaceful sanctuary to unwind, rather than a party house.
Note on WFH: Working from home is welcome from your room for up to 2/3 days per week. To keep our shared space relaxed, the living room is a strict work-free zone so we can both switch off at the end of the day.
Location & Transport:
Situated in a prime, safe spot right by St Katharine Docks. Seconds from marina cafés, peaceful river walks, and the Saturday Wapping Docklands Market.
Transport: 5–10 min walk to Tower Hill (District/Circle) and Wapping (Overground); short walk across the bridge to London Bridge.
About Me:
I’m a professional in my 30s who has lived in London for seven years. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, in a yoga class, or café hopping. At home, I love cooking light meals (big fan of Asian soups and pasta!). I keep shared spaces spotless and respect personal space, but I’m always up for a catch-up chat or vegging out together over a good movie or reality TV.
Ideal Flatmate:
A tidy, reliable female professional who values a peaceful, clean home environment and primarily works away from home during the week (max 2/3 WFH days). Agency reference checks will apply.
How to Apply:
If interested, please message with:
- A short bio about yourself, your profession, and your weekly routine
- Your ideal move-in date
- Your contact details
Please only reach out if you are seriously looking and clear on your move-in timeline. Looking forward to hearing from you!
