Spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage space and at the back of the apartment block away from the street so very quiet.
Private door to the balcony.
Bed came with the room and dresser but everything else is mine. Desk and chair are available to stay on request, but otherwise everything will be removed and put in storage.
🏠 Shared living area
Kitchen and living will be shared, but is spacious enough for 2 people. It has all the facilities needed, including an oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. All we ask is that you keep it clean!
🧍♂️Roommate
Long time friend as we both went to school and Uni together. I’ve known him very well since the age of 13.
Both of us are from Cork, Ireland.
He’s a Data Analyst working with a FinTech company, is into fitness, rugby and reading.
Very social, courteous, respectful and all round nice guy.
We’d both happily meet you for a pint in our local pub Mikeller if you’re interested in taking the room after a viewing. Coffee works too, but we’re easy.

I will just be changing the name of the lease to your name and this has been cleared with the landlord already. You won’t need to pay a deposit as I’ve already paid it.
