The current lodgers are in their mid 20s to early 40s speak English.

The available bedroom is roomy and fully furnished and well maintained. The bedroom doubles as a comfortable study. It has good storage space and is light and airy with it's own TV.

There's also a sizeable shared kitchen/diner (all pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc supplied) - it's big enough to socialise in. There are two ovens, a microwave and a washing machine, dishwasher and central heating throughout the house.

The property is 3 minutes walk from the nearest shops. It's on a quiet road near toTufnell Park tube (8 minutes walk) and Upper Holloway overground station (8 minutes walk). There are good bus routes one within a 3 minute walk. There are playing fields (with tennis) and public parks nearby.

I own the house and am older than other housemates. The dynamic is of a shared home - but I generally live in my own room when at home. I keep the house maintained to a good standard.

Both the main bathroom (with bath and shower) and the toilet for this room are shared with 2 others (there is a separate washroom/toilet for myself (though I occasionally use the bath/shower in main bathroom during the day) and there is an ensuite bathroom for another lodger who's on the 2nd floor).
