Cozy single room (N7) in homey house share

Our friend Martina is moving to Spain to become a psychotherapist, and so, we’re looking for another friendly person to take over our spare room and join our home (we're leaning more towards women and queer people, but all welcome to enquire!).

The property is a five-bedroom house share, with two toilets and one separate bathroom. We also have a kitchen, a spare living room and even a back garden for the odd barbecue on that one sunny day of the year.

We’re a friendly bunch and love to socialise, but more often than not we’ll be doing our own thing. If you move in with us you’ll be living with:

- Emma: Drama school graduate and theatremaker, very bi. She once stalked Saoirse Ronan backstage at the Almeida Theatre. Her days of crime are behind her.

- Ana: Mexican, Spanish and now a Londoner. Art girlie at a gallery in Shoreditch. Expert furniture thrifter: will put your home decor skills to shame.

- Hollie: Professional photographer and amateur gospel singer. She's the newest addition to our home and an overall fashionista.

- Me! (Pablo): Gay and, unironically, the man of the house. I'm a screenwriter and film director. A real adventurous, man of the world: you can often find me at the local Odeon by myself on a weekday afternoon.

The room is available from the 25th of October. Once you make up your mind, we’ll ask for your deposit as a holding payment. You can then pay the first month of rent upfront on the day you move in. No bills are included with the rent, however these only tend to amount to about £120 a month on average (give or take depending on the season).
