Two double rooms in modern, bright Nth London flat

Hey there!

We are looking for a flatmate to move into our beautiful top floor flat, which you would share with Alistair and Qasim. After 4.5 years living in this flat, I will be sadly moving back to Australia.
The medium sized room has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelf. There is space for a small desk if required. There is also lots of extra storage in the flat. Rent is £600 for the room.
You will be living with Alistair (31) and Qasim (27) two friendly, outgoing guys who enjoy socialising together in the flat, catching up over dinner or a cup of tea, watching TV together etc. We would love a housemate who is also social and for the flat to feel like a home. We also respect each other’s privacy and like to have our own space too, and social life outside the flat. Alistair works in construction, likes football, dining out and commutes to his office for work every day. Qasim works in risk for a start up in Canary Wharf but will be working flexibly from home and the office from December. I (Viv) work in advertising, enjoy cooking, and have been working from home since March.

The flat has enough space for you to work from home if needed. We are pretty chilled but it is definitely not a party flat. We are also looking for a flatmate who is also clean and tidy. If this sounds like you’d be a good fit, please get in touch! :).
