The landlord has agreed a £100 deduction on rent for 6 months - From £850 to £750!

I'm moving out of my flat to be close to family in Wales.

This is a 3 bed flat split over 3 levels with a large kitchen/living room and a garden, located on a quiet street in Tuffnell Park. There are two bathrooms so you only share with one other person, a dishwasher and cleaner every 2 weeks to do the communal areas and bathrooms.

The room is at the front of the house with a kingsize bed and all furniture in the pictures except for the desk.

The two other housemates are clean, friendly and a good laugh. Both are professionals, one of which is working from home during the pandemic.
