We will have a double bedroom available to rent from the 23rd of February in our 4-bedroom flat.

📢 The rent is 800 pcm (it includes council tax and a home broadband bill). All these are paid upfront each month.
➕💰The extra would cost the electricity bill. It comes at the end of each month and depends on the season; it can range from £35 to £110 per person per calendar month.

🔑 The deposit is £650 on hold, and it’s returned at the end of the tenancy.

Flat itself:
- Located in a nice area, close to King’s Cross and Camden, between 3 metro stations- Caledonia Road, Holloway, and Tufnell Park.
- The flat surroundings are quiet and peaceful as it is in a big estate.

- It is a 3-floor flat, so there are some stairs to DO every day.
- There are 2 fridges in the kitchen, a dining table, and all the other equipment you would need for cooking.
- Near the kitchen, you would find a tiny sitting room, which we are using now for laundry.
- ..2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and a lot of stairs to do again:)..
- We are lucky enough to have front and back gardens here too; 2 or 3 little parks around the area with some cafes. Famous Hampstead Heath Park is reachable in just 30 min of walking too!

You would share this flat with 2 females & 1 male in their late 30’s and 50’s.
