We are looking for a Female Housemate to occupy a lovely spacious double room with plenty of light and storage. Fully furnished chest of drawers, double Wardrobes, ottoman bed, desk. Recently redecorated with brand new luxury vinyl flooring.

The flat is located in scenic Tufnell Park, a Central Location within a mile of Tufnell Park, Archway (Northern Line) Holloway Road Piccadilly Line) & Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria Line as well as great bus links.

Doubled glazed Windows face onto tree lined Tufnell park road, you get the best view of sunsets from this room.
The room is in a small ground floor maisonette, there is a kitchen, toilet and another rented room downstairs and a bathroom and 2 rooms upstairs. There is no communal lounge area.

I am looking for someone long term preferably but not definitely. If you want somewhere clean and quiet with friendly and respectful flat mates this may be the perfect home for you.

Current two housemates are young professionals working full time. One is from Australia and the other Ecuador both female.
