Double room - Tufnel Park (Islington)

Room available for rent in a 2 bedroom flat. The room is quite big, and it is a quiet neighborhood about 7 minutes walk away from Tufnell Park station. It’s really quiet because the window is facing a massive garden and you can’t literally hear anything. Kentish Town and Gospel oak are 20 minutes walk away. The total cost is: £750 (bills included)
The house doesn’t have living room but the rooms are bigger than the standard.

It is a 2 bedroom house, so you will be living just with me. I am 37 years old, Spanish and I work in the media Industry . I am looking for someone who is easy going, clean and respectful.

I am vegan so it would be preferable to live with someone vegan/vegetarian and ideally someone in their 30s or older.
