I have a lovely, bright double room available in a well-kept top-floor period flat in Tufnell Park, available for short-term rent (up to 6 months). The bedroom is one of two- so you would be living with just me.

The room has ample cupboard space and shelving, a new, good-quality queen mattress, and a great open view across the rooftops towards Highgate / Hampstead Heath. The flat is arranged over two levels and includes an open plan living space- fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom. There’s also a washing machine, dishwasher, and a new digitally controlled central heating system.

The flat is well located on a quiet residential street, a short walk to Tufnell Park station (Northern Line), with easy access to central London and lots of great cafés, shops and amenities nearby on Fortess Road and Brecknock Road.

Rent is for the room only — bills are not included.

About me: I’m originally from Australia, a friendly professional who enjoys a chat but also respects personal space. I’m tidy, respectful and easy-going, and looking for someone similar.

Pls note: I share a golden retriever who comes to stay with me time to time. He is super friendly and house trained.
