I’m looking for someone to sublet my en-suite bedroom in a 2-bedroom between starting Dec 17, till Dec 4.
It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom new-build off Camden High Street, incredibly well served by public transit. It’s sandwiched by 3 tube stations in equal distance- Kentish Town, Caledonian Road, and Tufnell Park. Bus stops are around the corner. There's also a HumanForest parking hub right outside. It’s a modern build so it’s well insulated which means you don’t have to turn the heater on 24/7 just to survive in the winter months.
My flatmate works in the office so you can expect to have the whole place to yourself during the day. Perfect if you work from home. You’re welcome to use my standing desk and monitor too.
Rent is £375 p/w plus utilities (deducted from your security deposit when it's returned). You will sign a sublease agreement with me.
I would be happy to provide some basic utilities like towels, bed linens etc.
I understand how crazy the rental market in London is because I lived through that myself a couple of years ago so I hope to help here. This could be a good spot for anyone who is new to the city and needs a place to situate themself and to take their time to get to know the city while they find a permanent spot. Also for folks who are just visiting over the holidays. I can be flexible with departure date (+ 2-3 days) if needed, message me and we can chat.
