*Double Room In Tufnell Park*

Hello,

I'm looking for a flat mate to share the wonderful flat I currently occupy in Tufnell Park! I would be looking for someone able to go on the lease with me for the upcoming year. Below i'll give a brief description of the property as well as one about myself!

The beautiful flat is a two bed, within a pink mansion conversion located on a quiet street in Tufnell Park, about a 5-10 minute walk from the tube station! The layout includes one living area space, a toilet + a seperate shower/bath and a kitchen as well as the two rooms. There is a huge shared garden and a park just behind the flat also. There is on street parking (requiring a permit) outside the front of the building. The building is occupied by lovely people.

I'm a 32 year old film worker, working in the locations department, my work can be quite intense, because of this I do try to keep the flat as relaxed as possible! I enjoy hanging out in the living room, reading, writing, watching films etc. Ideally you would be a laid back person who has similar interests to me and would like a good balance of socialising and giving space. I am fairly clean and tidy and would like a room mate who is similarly tidy and considerate. I look forward to hearing from you!
