I'm subletting my own studio. The lease expires on August 24. Students are required to stay. All lease terms are required to be covered. The room is about 27 square meters. There is a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There is one double bed (size 1.9✖️1.35). Surrounding townhouse area, high security. There is plenty of light in the room.
Microwave oven integrated stove, induction cooker, range hood, refrigerator, heater, mirror, bedside lamp.
24h front desk, good attitude, fast Internet.
Walk to ucl main campus by bus number 390 and 134.
7 minutes walk to Tufnell park station, three stops on the northern line to ucl
Sainsbury's tesco is nearby and waitrose morrisons is a little further away.
