Double room 10 min from Tufnell Park tube

We have a lovely double bedroom available in Tufnell Park. The room comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. As in the photo, there is room to add a desk into it if you want to.

The house has an open planned living space and kitchen, which has the usual amenities (incl. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.). The house has lots of storage in the eaves, where you can keep some of your belongings if you need to. There are three other bedrooms, two on the same floor as the one in the advert and one in the attic. We also have a small balcony overlooking the gardens below.

The house is 10 mins away from Tufnell Park tube station, 15 mins from Upper Holloway overground station, 15 mins from Holloway Road tube station, and 20 mins from Finsbury Park tube. We have the number 4 bus route on the doorstep, and it's walking distance to other bus routes on Holloway Road.

There are three people living in the house who are late twenties: Liv, Kerry and Quinlan. Liv works in social media, Kerry works in telecoms regulation and Quinland works in geopolitical risk. Kerry has lived here for almost 3 years, Liv joined the house 2 years ago and Quinlan is the newest addition moving in last December. We enjoy doing things together occasionally and hanging out in the living space, but we also enjoy our own time and are respectful of boundaries. We have a weekly cleaning rota as we like to keep the space clean and tidy, but we're not intense about it.

We're looking for someone who is a similar age and outlook as above.

It's £970 pcm, with bills being around £150 (inc. Council Tax, and the house is in Band E).

The move-in date is from 7 July but if you need a bit later we can discuss/see if that can work. We're flexible on a short-term or long term let, the contract ends on the 29th October but with the option to renew. There is a deposit required, but we're checking with the landlord.
