Spacious and sunny ensuite in airy flat

The flat:
The flat is split across 3 and a half-ish floors and includes an outdoor terrace (not pictured) and open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. It has a lot of charm and benefits from getting plenty of sunlight throughout the day. There are nooks and crannies dotted throughout the flat for extra storage if needed, and space for a bike inside the entrance.

The room:
The room is quite spacious (bigger than what the photos depict) and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and large wardrobe. It has a light dimmer so you don’t need to feel blinded by the big light at night. The ensuite includes a shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and shelving.

The flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with Kerry, Liv, and Matteo. Kerry works in telecoms but has been working on her master’s this last year which she is finishing up soon (hopefully, she thinks). Liv works in sports social media and is in Paris for the Olympics these next few weeks. Both Kerry and Liv have been living here for the past few years. Matteo works in cybersecurity and is a recent (and welcome) addition. All are friendly and clean and have their own social lives, but we also like to hangout in the kitchen and chat or go on the occasional night out together. We like to make it feel more like a home than a place you share with strangers.

As such, we are looking for someone like minded to the above who is looking to make this feel like a home.

Details:
The current lease ends at the end of October, but the landlords are keen to renew it.
Rent: 1400
Utilities (including council tax): Around 115-120
Security deposit (paid to me): 1,067.50
It is prorated for August so you won’t need to pay the full Rent + Utilities when you move in!
