The room will be available and comes fully furnished with bed, kallax shelves, carpet, clothes rack and a dresser. Shared facilities include kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc…
Excellent transport links with Caledonian Road Station and Tufnell Park Station walking distance. We live just off Camden Road and Holloway Road. A vibrant and creative Borough Camden Market only 20min walk away.
I do shift work and very much respect others privacy.
We would be interested in 900 rent every 4 weeks with bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water and internet) a deposit of 800 will be required.
Ideal person is a working professional. Please do let me know if you are interested, we will not be accepting any students please working professionals only, short term let's considered case by case.
