Bronze en suite room in student accom

Hi !! 21 y/o female looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement for my flat at iQ Tufnell house student accommodation.

Room is bronze en suite room (you can find more details on this type of room at the iQ Tufnell house website). Includes: double bed (top also lifts up to reveal lots of storage space), wardrobe, desk, full length mirror, and en suite bathroom.

The flat has 5 rooms but only two are occupied (i. e you and one other flatmate) so shared kitchen is really almost all yours !!

Located in zone 2, 10 mins walk to tube station (Tufnell park station) and 5-10 minutes ride to Central London so easy commute to most London universities. Area is quaint with lots of local shops, bakeries, cafés and stores with household items as well as pubs and restaurants and of course Tufnell Park itself.

iQ staff (maintenance and reception) are all very nice and accommodating. They also plan events and run clubs for you to get to know other students in the building. Building also includes study room (with kitchenette), rec room with TV and video games, and onsite gym for residents. Use of everything here is included in the rent so no separate extra charges.

New tenant must be a student enrolled on a course at a London university for this academic year and needs to provide the accom with a UK guarantor.

Rent is paid in installments but I have paid the first 2 so you won't need to worry about rent until mid January.
