Two double-bedroom maisonette on the top two floors of a Victorian house on a tree-lined street near Tufnell Park tube. To let for up to 11 weeks while we’re away travelling in the new year. Would suit one or two couples or a single person.

Spacious newly re-furbished open-plan kitchen/living area with oak worktops and brand new appliances.

Shower room on lower floor. Bathroom upstairs.

First double bedroom has a brand new floor-level Eve double bed and looks on to the garden.

Second double is a comfortable sofa bed in a large room looking on to the garden that can also be used as a second living room if only one bedroom is needed.

The shared garden has a patio area with table and chairs.

Broadband and water bills included.
Gas and electric by meter reading (about £80-£100 per month in winter)
