There are three restrooms: one toilet, one bathroom and one washroom (having both toilet and shower), shared by the four flatmates. There is a small kitchen with all the standard amenities: stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge, washing machine, dryer (brand new) and dish washer. All bills are included, and the common areas are also cleaned occasionally by external cleaners.
The apartment is 10-15min walk from both Tufnell Park and Caledonian Road tube stations. The closest bus station (has 17, 21, 29, 91, 253, 254, 259 and 393) is less than 10min walk. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful, and fully quiet except for some distant sounds of construction during daytime happening a few blocks away.
The current tenant is leaving the UK, so it would be possible to transfer the tenancy, by agreement with the landlord, for the rest of the tenancy period (till 20/09/2025). Renting as a sublet is also perfectly possible. Council tax is excluded from the rent, but exempted if you are a student like the rest of us.
The flatmates are friendly, kind and helpful, and all are UCL students. But persons of any occupation are warmly welcome - just have to be nice, friendly and chill!
