Description
A very nice, well sized room available in a lovely flat in Tufnell park. It has a big living room with a balcony, dining table and large tv monitor. It has large French windows, so gets beautiful natural light and plenty of sunlight. A separate kitchen, a shared bahroom with a bath and two storage cupboards. The room has a large wardrobe and a full size mirror. The building is new and well insulated with a lift and a garden at the back.
The area is quiet and residential, Tufnell park with Northern line tube and great restaurants and cafes is about a 15 minutes walk. Picadilly line tube station is a 17 minute walk, it's very well connected.
There are a couple of parks and nice cafes and a pub as well as smaller shops a less than ten minute walk away. Hampstead Heath is only half an hour walking.
Holloway road with supermarkets (Lidl, Morissons, Waitrose etc.) is about a 15 minute walk.
Both myself and my flatmate are moving out in December, his replacement is a lovely and friendly 23 year old woman. I'll arrange for you guys to chat if you'll like the flat :)
The rent is 1150 per month, council tax is about 100 per person. The other bills (broadband, water, energy) come to about 70 per person per month. You could probably get cheaper deals on the electricity and broadband and a council tax discount if you're a student. You'd replace me on the lease, which runs till September 2025, you can then renew it. The lenght of stay can vary, if you'd plan to stay less than the tenancy period you just need to find a replacement. The agency requires reference checks.
