Large Bright Double room in Tufnell Park

Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely house share; a Victorian terrace with a garden and balcony. Tufnell Park tube (Northern Line) is just over a 5 minute walk down the road and nearby is a bunch of nice cafes and shops. Hampstead Heath is a short 20 minute walk away. The area is well served by a number of bus routes. We have a shared living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.

We’re three girls and three guys working in different professions including town planning, researcher, architect, charity work and engineering.

The room is a large double room. It has a double bed. A desk can also fit in the room (see photo). Rent is £900 per month, excluding bills.

There is no agent, we speak directly to the landlord who is generally helpful and quite responsive. We’re a large house share. However, even though there is 7 of us, we have fairly different work schedules and social commitments so are rarely all in the house at the same time.

The rent includes council tax. Additionally we pay £60 each per month for utilities and internet and £10 fortnightly for a cleaner.

We are looking for someone who wants to make the house a home, is social and laid-back. Someone's who's clean and tidy and will help keep it nice for everyone.
