The house is a clean 3 levels with a spacious living room, a kitchen/dining room, a well maintained garden and two bathrooms and a roof terrace. The room itself is a medium sized bright double bedroom. The bed in the photo is a small double, but you could fit in a normal double if preferred. It comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelf unit, with flexibility to move your own furniture in if required.

House is a 5 person house-share (David, Maya, Kitty, Riccardo live in, as well as Maya's friendly terrier Ralph). We are all professionals, in our late 20s-40s, working in different fields. We all have our schedules but still enjoy to share a chat in the evening, or to come together for a BBQ in a sunny day.

The area is very quiet and safe, and just 8 mins walking distance to Tufnell Park tube. There are a lot of cafes and amenities nearby, including Holloway Rd which has everything you need. We share cleaning responsibilities with a rota, and the house is a calm, clean and relaxed environment, so we are looking for a like-minded person to join.

The rent is 620pcm (bills excluded), and one month's rent deposit plus reference checks are required through the agent.
