Description

My housemate is moving in with her boyfriend in May, therefore I am looking for someone to take her room ✨

MOVE IN DAT FLEXIBLE

About the flat - The flat is in a converted victorian house with new finishes. The flat is well kept. Due to the new finishes, the flat is sound proof and you barely hear the neighbours. We have a washing machine and a dish washer. Additionally the flat is split between three levels - a landing floor with a small rooftop that can be used as an outdoor area during summer time. The other two floors each have a bedroom - loads of privacy for each housemate. Both my previous housemate and I work in the auction world so we have decorated our home with loads of pictures, painting and plants and I am happy to redecorate if you have any preferences! The landlord are a corporation, therefore, they abide by all protocols and laws, including responding to any issues almost immediately. The area is ideal for a young professional. It has an amazing balance of nature and wholesome activities and pubs and restaurants should you want to socialise. At the bottom of this ad, I have made a whole list of activities, restaurants and pubs that make this area enjoyable to live in. Something I especially love about this area is its sense of community. Most neighbours are friendly and tend to wish each other good morning on the way to the station. Neighbours are also helpful should you need any help.

About Me – I work at an auction house in Mayfair and will soon be starting my full time positions at a law firm ( free legal advice whenever you need) based in Bank. My job keeps me quite busy, and I’m often away from home during the weekdays. I enjoy hosting events occasionally—like a paint and sip 🎨 or a girls' night—but I also value my personal space. I also own a gallery and tend to be busy with gallery openings and artist studio visits on most nights. I tend to travel a lot, especially to LA for my job. Would love to live with someone who also enjoys art and would like to join me for such events in the city.

Cooking is my love language, so I love making meals for my housemates. I’d like to live with someone I get along with and share similar interests with. I’m a regular at 1Rebel for Pilates and spin, and I also enjoy walks in Hampstead, which is conveniently close to the flat.

I moved to London from Singapore at 19 to pursue a career in law and have been here ever since! Feel free to reach out or send me a WhatsApp message for more pictures
