Summer Sublet May - July

Hey,
We are 2 creatives both 30 living in a 3 bed house with garden.
Looking for someone to sublet let a double room avaiable from beginning of may - July 30th. Ideally looking for 2.5 months minimum.
It’s £750 + bills a month.
Room comes furnish with built in wardrobe, bed and desk.
The 3 floor house has a small kitchen but nice dining area and good size living room. It’s 1 shared bathroom but there is also a toilet room as well.
The house is about a 10min walk from Tufnell Park tube and about 10/15min walk from Caledonian Road tube station.
We both quite homey people and live very communally , we also love and respect our house, enjoy nights in cooking at chatting as well dinner parties in the garden. Looking for someone who would like to fit in.
