Double room in 2 bed fat North London

Double room with loads of shelves, a big wardrobe, and bedside table drawers. The flat gets lots of natural light and has so much character - ideal for someone who's into vintage things (like me:)). We also have a balcony/terrace through the stable door in the pics which is just the best. I've lived here for 2 years and looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. 8 mins walk from both Tufnell Park and Kentish Town tube stations & 15-20 mins walk from both Camden Road overground and Kentish Town West. Bus stop right outside the flat that takes you straight into SoHo/Oxford Circus TCR. On a residential street with so many nice pubs and bars just round the corner on Kentish Town Road.

You'd be taking the slightly smaller room, which is cheaper - £925. It's (believe it or not) cheaper than standard rent in this area for this type of property as the landlord is a distant friend of a friend and so we don't go through a letting agent - we communicate directly with the landlords and they're lovely :) Bills come to around £166 per month.

I'm looking for somebody I can have a really good friendship with, share the sofa and watch TV with, maybe cook together if our schedules line up/it would work, and potentially have dinner parties with (although it's not a house party flat - to be completely transparent)
