The room is about 30 sqm, west-facing, and gets plenty of natural light throughout the day thanks to three large windows. It comes furnished with a queen-size bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, a convertible sofa, a desk, and a chair.
The flat is spread over three levels: the first floor has the kitchen, living room, and bathroom; the second floor has two bedrooms; and the top floor has two further bedrooms and a toilet.
The flat is on a quiet street, just a short walk from Tufnell Park station, with plenty of nearby shops and a park. There’s a Budgens, a gastro pub, and a coffee shop close by.
You’ll be sharing with three working professionals in their 30s: a Japanese female architect, a Taiwanese male working in fashion, and a British-Hong Kongese male working in media/advertising.
Bills are as follows: council tax is £205/month, internet (fibre optic) £30/month, electricity and gas around £120/month (variable), and water about £200/quarter. In total, bills come to around £105/month per flatmate.
