En-suite double student room in Tufnell Park

Hi, I'm looking for another student to take over my tenancy at Tufnell House in January 2026. The tenancy would go to 6 June 2026, so no need to leave the room empty or find a replacement tenant for the summer! It’s perfect for anyone coming to London for a study abroad/short-term program, or just looking to move at the start of next term.

The room is a furnished double with an ensuite toilet and shower, and loads of storage space! It’s in a flat with 3 other flatmates who all share a large kitchen/dining space and TV. The building is recently refurbished and includes a gym, communal courtyard and study spaces, and onsite laundry facilities. All bills are included in the rent.

The building is super well located - it's a 5-10 minute walk to Tufnell Park underground (Northern Line), and a super easy commute to a bunch of local unis inlcuding UCL, LSE, KCL, as well as central London.
