Tenancy takeover - Tufnell House iQ student accom

Hi, I'm looking for another student to take over my tenancy at Tufnell House (an iQ student accommodation building). The tenancy can start on 18 Oct 2025 (but I can be flexible with this!) and would go to 6 June 2026.

The room is the bronze ensuite-plus, a furnished double room with an ensuite toilet and shower, and loads of storage space!! The room is in a flat with 3 other flatmates who all share a large kitchen/dining space and TV. The building is recently refurbished and includes a gym, communal courtyard and study spaces, and onsite laundry facilities. All bills are included in the rent.

The building is super well located - it's a 5-10 minute walk to Tufnell Park underground (Northern Line), and a super easy commute to a bunch of local unis inlcuding UCL, LSE, KCL, as well as central London.

The other 3 flatmates are friendly undergrads who are in London on study abroad programs, and for that reason I think the room would best suit an international undergraduate (but any student is welcome!) I'm looking for someone tidy and respectful to take over my room and join this vibrant student community. If you're interested send me a message and I'll be happy to send any information you need!
