We are 2 friends Lili and Bea, both in our early 30’s and work in film. We are looking for a like minded friendly flatmate to join our home. It really is a home rather than a house share, we love to cook together, watch movies and generally hang out in the communal areas and we are looking for someone to join in.
The house is a 60’s terrance house, over 3 floors. On the ground floor we have a toilet, dining room and alley kitchen. There is also sliding doors into the garden.
First floor is a bedroom and living room and second floor would be your room, another bedroom and the bathroom.
Rent is - £800 + bills (£120-150ish)
