Double room in homey Tufnell Park houseshare

I’m sadly leaving this wonderful houseshare in the heart of Tufnell Park to move in with my partner so looking for someone to fill my room!

You’d be sharing with two women and a man aged 28-30 who are professionals working in science, physiotherapy, and towards a PhD.

The flat is well connected - a five-minute walk from Tufnell Park underground (northern line), with a bus stop outside the front door. There is a Budgens just below the flat and we are a 10-minute walk away from a Sainsburys, local shops, and a GP surgery. The area itself is lovely - we’re a 20-minute walk from Hampstead Heath and Waterlow Park, and close to the buzz of Camden.

The house is super spacious spanning across four floors - we have a large open plan kitchen/living space with good natural light, two bathrooms, a shared hallway that we use for extra storage (including bikes), and an (unofficial!) roof terrace.

The room is on the top floor (bedroom 2 on the floorplan), and will come with a wardrobe, desk, drawers and bed. The monthly rent is £780 plus monthly bills of around £160. We are council tax band E.

The 12-month tenancy renews on 12th February 2026, but the tenancy length is flexible as long as you find someone to replace you.

We're looking for a friendly and tidy person to join the flat who would ideally like to hang out in the evenings and go for a drink or explore around the city together now and again. If you could be a good fit, message us with some info on who you are and what you're looking for!
