Large Bright Room in Spacious 3-Bedroom House

We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a room in our three-bed household.
The room is bright, spacious, and comes furnished, with three big windows looking out over the Tufnell Park playing fields. The area is residential but has some nice cafes, pubs and green spaces. We have a really cosy home, with a separate living room and kitchen or a nice size, as well as terrasse overlooking a garden.
We’re young professionals working in London (one Canadian 28 year old, and one French 26 year old) and would love someone who’s in a similar rhythm. We’re friendly and sociable, enjoy a chat, but also respect personal space and quiet time. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared, so we’re hoping to find someone considerate and respectful. We’ll sometimes host dinner parties or barbecues, and would love for you to join!
Overall, it’s a relaxed, comfortable home and we’re keen to find someone who’ll feel at home here too.
