Sublet - double room in Tufnell Park

Hi there!
I’m subletting my room in this beautiful split-level flat as I will be going abroad for work for 6 months ( there’s some flexibility with dates so in case it does not fully align with your schedule feel free to message nonetheless).

The flat is on a quiet leafy street in a safe, residential area, ca. 10min walk from Tufnell Park Station (Northern line) and with several bus connections closeby which get you into central London quickly. Hampstead Heath is around corner as well as Holloway road with big supermarkets, cafes, cinema etc.

The room comes furnished with built in desk, shelves, open wardrobe double bed and mattress. You will have your own spacious bathroom which is right next to the bedroom. There is a kitchen/living room area which gets a lot of sun during the day and a balcony overlooking gardens, which is great for a morning coffee or having drinks with friends.

Bonus: There is a small spare room which can be used as guestroom/ home office.

You will be living with one other girl who has the room+ bathroom on the floor above. She is really friendly and relaxed and tends to be out/ traveling quite a bit.
