Two lovely Rooms Available for May 1st!

Hi all!

We have two lovely rooms opening up and are looking for the right people to join our home. You’d be moving in with me, Mina and Bahra :) We’re both Master’s students aged 25.

Room 1 — £850/month including bills except for council tax
Available: 1st May
This is the only ground floor room - shown in the pics, and the window looks out onto the back garden.

Room 2 — £950/month including bills except for council tax
Available: 1st May
This is the biggest room in the house and includes a balcony!

COUNCIL TAX AND BILLS
Bahra and I are exempt from council tax until October as we’re students. That means that if you are not a student, you’ll have to pay the council tax for the house with 25% discount, which works out to about £130 per month, until October at which point council tax will go down to around £45pp. (Happy to chat through the details!) All other bills are included in the rent (water, gas, electricity, WiFi)

ABOUT US & THE FLAT

We’re in N7 (Holloway Road/Tufnell Park area) and are super well connected about 15 minute walk from the Northern line and Piccadilly, and a 30 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station. We're a warm, inclusive home - queer friendly, leftist, and open-minded. We love spending time together but totally respect having our own social lives too. We enjoy having people over and are always mindful of each other's schedules.
