Double room available in Tufnell Park from 20th June!

After 3 great years in Tufnell Park, one of our roommates is sadly leaving (how dare you Rob), so we’re looking for someone to take over his room.

The room is bright and comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a shelving unit. There’s also a standing desk in the room, which Rob may take with him, but if not, it would be available for a small fee.

We’re looking for a 3rd and 4th housemate who is sociable, easy-going, tidy, and looking for a home rather than just a room to rent.

You’ll be living with 3 others, 1 girl from NZ and 1 guy from Wales currently in the flat (plus another room is also available, so feel free to check that out too!). We’re all working professionals and like a good balance of being social while also respecting each other’s space - keeping the flat friendly, relaxed, and homely.

The flat is a mansion conversion split across two levels and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with showers), a large living area, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, double oven, and large fridge-freezer. We also have a communal garden which we share with the downstairs flats.

We’re in a great location - close to Tufnell Park, Kentish Town, Caledonian Road & Holloway Road stations, plus loads of buses into central London in under 20 minutes. Hampstead Heath is also within walking distance.

Serious stuff;

Rent is £837.50 per month (recently increased so shouldn’t go up for a while), and total monthly costs including bills come to £967.50
Deposit is £1,050.
