Looking for next housemates.

Hi! We are 2 quiet, clean professionals who have lived together for 4.5 years, and in this property for 4 years.

We absolutely love this house! 2 if our housemates are sadly moving out of the area at the same time at the end of July, but we would LOVE to stay here so we're looking for 2 people to join us.

We are both sociable both in the house and outside, but so not often have large gatherings at the house. We spent time together throughout the week watching TV and just yapping.

There is a small garden at the back of the property which requires some upkeep throughout the year and is good for small BBQs or sunbathing in the afternoon. The house is on a quiet residential street with several children in the area. There is parking available off the main street.

We are a 7 minute walk from Holloway road, 15m from tufnell park (northern line), 20m from Caledonian rd (Piccadilly) about 17m from Kentish town (northern, national rail). Also a short bus from both Finsbury park and kings Cross.

The first room is a comfortable double with space for a desk, wardrobe/drawers and shelves. The second room is a small double with 2 full walls or built-in storage and space for a small desk. It's a very comfortable room but probably best for someone who does not work from home full-time.

Current residents are a mixture of WFH and working from the office
