Light and spacious double room in a friendly family house available for one person from the beginning of September. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a large desk, a bookshelf, TV screen and a sofa.

You will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with my husband and myself and a Japanese lodger. As we already have one Japanese lodger, we are looking for another Japanese person.

There is a washing machine, microwave and air fryer in the kitchen and cooking pots, plates and cutlery are provided. You will also have the use of the garden.

We have two beautiful cats and are a non-smoking, English speaking household. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

The house is five minutes walk from Tufnell Park station (Northern line) and buses 4, 134 and 390 run nearby, making it easy and quick to get to Central London. We are close to Kings Cross/St Pancras, Camden Town and Hampstead Heath. There are lots of food stores, coffee shops, small restaurants and gastro pubs in the area and big supermarkets nearby,

We will require the deposit to be paid to secure the room and one month's rent to be paid by move-in date. Six months minimum rental period, renewable by mutual agreement.
