Beautiful flat near Hampstead Heath for cat lover

We're looking for someone special to live in our bright, spacious flat and look after our two much-loved indoor cats, Samson and Delilah (both approx 5 yrs old), until we can bring them to join us in the Netherlands in Summer 2027.

We own the flat but have relocated to the Netherlands. We'll be back in London roughly once a month for couple of days, always with plenty of notice and a check that it suits you, and we'll use the spare bedroom. The rest of the time you'll have the whole flat and the cats to yourself!

The flat

Two-bedroom, multi-level, bright and spacious, with a roof terrace
Your room has a king-size bed and an ensuite (toilet and sink)
Near Kentish Town and Hampstead Heath
5 minutes from Tufnell Park (tube), 10 minutes from Kentish Town (tube and national rail), 15 minutes from Gospel Oak (Overground)

The deal

Reduced rent of £1400 per month, in return for caring for the cats
All bills included, and all cat costs covered by us
References including for animal care, evidence for adequate income
If you are away or go on holiday we will arrange feeding
Available initially until July 2027
You'll sign a lodger agreement

What we're looking for

A genuine cat lover who will feed, play with and care for the cats every day
Reliable, trustworthy and considerate, as this is our home
Non-smoker, no other pets, no parties
Happy with us visiting about once a month
