The flat is a no-smoking space.
Your room is spacious and light, with a double bed, wardrobes, full mirror and a dresser. (Some storage space in the room is currently being used by tenant who is away, but you will have ample space to store your own belongings while you stay)
BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE.

Flatmate is a solicitor, very respectful and super friendly.
