Single room with small double bed

I have a three month let of a lovely bright single room with small double bed in a stunning flat 5 mins from tube /bars/shops/restaurants..3 major hospitals and amenities of Kings X.. The room is small but has has plenty of storage and a private balcony with access to a large shared garden . The flat is only available from the first week in December to the first week in March. I require all three (3) months rent in advance but there is no deposit as such .It’s a stunning home very clean and safe and in a great location . . perfect for a international student/foreign visitor .
