There is a (4m X 3m)bathroom/toilet with towel radiator and shaver socket, as well as a separate sink/ shower room.

It is my family home. The house has a gas safe certificate and an electrical safety certificate. I prefer a single person . I have spent my whole life in this area and have seen a rapid change in the past 10 years.
Tuffnell Park is now a trendy sought-after after professional area with a village feel to it. You have various bars, Costa Coffee ,butchers and fishmonger, and a farmers market every Saturday. There is a gym FIT SPACE within one mile, PURE GYM close by. The shops in this area range from Waitrose ...to Iceland and 99p shop.! To the north is Archway with lots of varied shops, to the south is Holloway Road with lots of pubs/bars and places to eat.
