I work in Makeup, Tom works in Software. We're career driven, responsible, fun, respectful professionals. We are looking for someone similar who occasionally likes to hang out and has a life of their own but also is respectful, quiet, tidy.

The flat is in a Victorian property but recently renovated, clean, wonderful energy and atmosphere. We are close to a gym, 3 doors from Odeon cinema, Waitrose, Morrison's, lots of shops, restaurants, pubs and the park. We are in Zone 2, close to Tufnell Park and Holloway tube stations on the Northern and Piccadilly lines. I work in Covent Garden and it takes 30 minutes door to door! Great bus links in the area too.

All bills are included! We have a cleaner who comes twice a month so the place is always perfect and you never need to scrub the loo. Also the fastest broadband.

The room is spacious, it's on its own floor, private, has good light and is very tranquil. It's fully furnished and available ASAP! The landlord lives next door and deals with any issues very quickly and efficiently. It's a lovely household! Looking forward to hearing from you.
