Very nice, comfortable flat with garden

You will be joining two nice, easy-going flatmates, one male, one female in a fairly spacious and comfortable flat.

We hang out at times and have a few glasses of wine and a chat and we'd be looking for someone who is equally sociable without wanting to throw a party every night.

Your room is a large double, fully furnished with plenty of light and is available around the beginning of December (I think we can be a little flexible).

All bills are included in the rent (incl Sky, broadband), which is pretty great. The landlady is very nice and amenable.

The flat has a garden which is screaming out to be BBQd in or at least serves as a nice place to have a morning coffee (though maybe not in Winter).
