Im hoping to find a house mate who’s clean, tidy and respectful to live with. You will be living with myself and one male house mate. We are both friendly people who enjoy a chat but also enjoy our own space. Thats not to say that sharing a meal or film is out of the question 😊

I live in a lovely large, three bedroom Victorian maisonette with my 2dogs. As you can imagine, they mean the world to me, so it’s very important that you do like dogs.
Your room is fully furnished with a double bed with new mattress, 1 large chest of drawers,1 wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside cabinet, High speed broadband, and Sky tv with Netflix. There is also a safe in your room solely for your use.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and sink. A second toilet upstairs. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

I can provide you with your own pots, pans, mugs and cutlery if needed .

The property is on a lovely quiet residential road off Tufnell Park road.

Locally there are many shops, a cinema, gyms, bars and restaurants. There are huge playing fields with tennis courts behind the house. We’re only a 15min walk from Hampstead Heath. :)

Located really close to Tufnell Park station (5min walk), on the Northern Line. As well as being a bus ride away from Highbury and Islington and angel.

Rent will include all bills, this includes cleaning by a professional cleaner once a week of the rooms and house.
