Cute room available in friendly flatshare

We are three friendly, funny, relaxed, conscientious, and respectful friends. We're looking for another one! We're one guy and a couple. We're young professionals, working full time. We like hanging out together, but we're also all pretty busy and we're not in all the time.

We live in a futuristic, mini-barbican flat in Tufnell Park/Holloway. We love it here. It has great views across London as we live on the 8th floor. It's also gated so it feels very safe, and everyone is pretty friendly.

The room is fairly small, with a double bed, bedside chest of drawers and a big chest of drawers, however there's also a massive cupboard just outside the room, with loads of storage space.

The room available from 11th July. The rent is £575 - on top of that we pay for high speed internet and normal speed electricity. Water is included and is delicious.
