£630 all inclusive room in a friendly flatshare

Hi,

We are 3 friendly girls willing to share a flat with another girl. The flat is located in a secure closed estate and the zone 2 location makes it a great place to commute anywhere in London. It's within walking distance from Holloway Road, Caledonian Road, Tufnell Park and Finsbury Park tube stations. The 29 bus can take you to central London in just 23 minutes.

Unfortunately, there is no living room but the Wi-Fi is up and running and we never run out of hot water:) The room is not big but very cosy and fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers). The deposit is £400 and the room is available as soon as possible. The flat is fully equipped (cutlery, plates, hoover etc.) and all bills are included.

We have an extra flatmate - a super friendly house trained dog called Cookie.

We all share the cleaning responsibilities and are looking for a person willing to spend 15 mins per week on her rota duty😀.
