My flat is avaliable for rent because I’ve moved to the US for work. It’s a really big one bed raised ground floor flat. I loved living there for the last 4 years.

It has one of the biggest bedrooms I’ve seen in London with lots of closet and storage space, as well as a huge lounge that is perfect for entertaining. Bathroom recently redone too! It’s the raised ground floor flat in a Victorian Mansion block of 12 flats - very quiet on a really wide tree lined street. Original wooden floors and a fireplace all add to the period feel, and it’s perfect for someone on their own or nice and big enough for a couple.

Furnished with bed, sofa and dining table. The price does not include bills.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from the nearest tube station - Tufnell Park (Northern Line, zone 2) which takes you everywere quickly or 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop where you can take a bus to Kings Cross in 10 minutes. It’s walking distance from Hampstead Heath, Kentish Town, Highgate, Holloway Road, Arsenal and Camden.

Tufnell Park is my favourite place in London. There are so many excellent pubs and a small high street full of indie retailers including an amazing bakery and butcher, a local film club, trivia and comedy nights making it a great place to be!
