Hi - We have 1 room available in this 3 bed flat.

The flat has handy mod cons: dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, washer dryer etc

There is a communal living room which opens out onto the private garden, a shared kitchen and dining area, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom (shower&bath) and separate toilet. The landscaped garden also has a bbq which is great for socialising.

Other benefits include being in a secure gated development with keypad/fob access. There is underground free parking. Room outside the entrance for bikes too.

The location is great, being just under 10 mins walk up to Tufnell Park tube (northern line) and then 15 mins walk to Caledonian Road ( Piccadilly line). Also the overground from upper Holloway and numerous buses etc!

Shops are 8 mins away - lidl, aldi, iceland, waitrose huge morrisons, poundlands, cafes, shops by tufnell park tube and budgens 5 mins away from the property

Hampstead heath is also nearby which is a great outdoor open space and beautiful all year round. Its great for runs/walks and swimming in the ponds!

Room 2 - £180 / week - AVAILABLE - double bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws, mirror

Prices include the bedroom.

Bills, water, poll tax, electricity, tv, internet will be split by us all and will average at around £100 each a month.

Bit about us...I'm a 31 yr old working in fashion. I have a cat Artie who is ever so friendly. I like cooking a good meal, films, tennis, swimming, daytrips and exploring new places. Gabs is 25 and a design wizz who likes cooking, socialising and has recently joined a gym. We are hoping to find someone likeminded to fit in and join us :) A good fit would be someone friendly, clean and good humoured who doesn't live a party lifestyle.
