Best room with beautiful garden view

We are looking to rent to a girl / lady from the 7th December.

Imagine being one of the 4 flatmates living in a cozy 6 large bedrooms Victorian house with a garden and 2 cats.
We have 16 rooms in total, of which are the 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 1 living room, an office, spare front room, storage, laundry room.
The landlady lives with us and she is adorable, we have dinners and drinks together when possible.

All bills and council tax included, the room to rent had the window renovated last year and now it's super quiet and warm.

The room is placed on the 3rd floor and faces our beautiful flowery garden and the tip of the trees of the neighboring gardens. The only sounds you can hear are the birds chirping and the leaves moving when there is a breeze. It is like living in the countryside.

The room comes with a desk and chair, 130x200cm bed pillows, and duvet, a basin with a mirror, a chest of drawers and the bedside table lamp, a set of 6 drawers, 3 doors cupboard containing a set of drawers, and shelves for i. e. books. 1 large shaft window.

Just walk in with your things.

I don't have the exact measurements of the room, as an idea, there is enough space to do yoga in 2 spots, by the bed and by the door.

Also additional storage is available if you have other stuff like suitcases and you don't want to keep it in your room.

The cleaning lady comes every Monday and takes care of communal spaces, so we just have to clean our kitchen and our room.

The room is available because our flatmate is relocating to another area closer to her new job, in December.

The flatmates you will be sharing the kitchen with are Italian and Canadian.

We are at 5mins walk to the main street with the shops, Tulse Hill Train Station (trains to Blackfriars - 15mins journeys to London Bridge (20mins) and the bus stops to Brixton, Dulwich, Croydon, Clapham.
We are next Door with West Norwood, West Dulwich, Streatham Hill.
