Monday-Friday ensuite in homely flat

I am looking for a weekday flatmate for a bright first floor and attic maisonette just a ten minute walk from Tulse Hill Station, and 8 minute bus from Brixton. We're round the corner from Brockwell Park, which I'm pretty sure is the best park in London. Perfect for someone based outside London but who needs a base for work.

The room is super spacious and furnished with a double bed, bedsides, chest of drawers, hanging rail, desk and chairs. You would have your own mini ensuite with loo and shower. While not your primary home, it would be your room and space - welcome to leave stuff here, use rhe washing machine etc. I would need occasional access to eaves storage and very very occasionally I might ask if my family can sleep up there for the weekend.

Downstairs, we would share the country-style kitchen and living room with big sofa and dining table. There is also a lovely garden with a very soothing tree and a bike locker. There is a third bedroom, which I keep as my work from home/chaos space.

You would be sharing with me, a 35year old female. Im in the office 3 ish days a week, and travel for work overseas.

I like to keep it homely here - and I would consider a dog but please note the exciting staircase to the room.

There is free parking about 2mins up the road.

Im flexible on move in date and days, but the price is fixed regardless of whether you only need 2-3 days! Open to trialling something quite short term so we can see if it works for both of us!
