Large quiet double room in Tulse Hill

Hi, my name is Richard and I am looking for someone to rent one of the bedrooms in my flat, so if you are looking for somewhere while in London that is comfortable and really tranquil then this could be the right place. .

All bills, including council tax, energy, water and wifi amount to £35 per week on top of the rent.

The flat is in a small block overlooking a park (Hillside Park) and is located around 8 minutes from Tulse Hill Station and about 10 minutes from Streatham Hill Station, or a short bus ride to Brixton Station if you require the tube. The room itself is a good sized double room that is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, lounge chair and double bed as well as ample storage space. There is an open plan kitchen and living room, alongside a bathroom and balcony.

I am a teacher who works in central London so I am away from the flat all day and out during the evenings and weekends, so for much of the time it will feel like you have the flat to yourself and you won't have to worry about silly flatshare things like queues for the bathroom or only having one shelf in the fridge!

The room is really quiet and the block is away from main roads and so nice and tranquil. As a bonus the sunrises from the flat are amazing!

The room will be available from mid June and I would be asking for a small security deposit of £400 that will be refunded on departure. The only 'catch' is that vegetarian or vegan cooking is preferred in the flat (I obviously don't care what you eat outside of the flat so no worries if you're not a vegan/vegetarian so long as you're happy to just cook without meat or fish in the flat).
