Large quiet double room in Tulse Hill

Hi, my name is Richard and I am looking for someone to rent one of the bedrooms in my flat while my partner is working abroad for the next few months, so if you are looking for somewhere while working in London temporarily or until you find a permanent place this could be for you. The flat is in a small block overlooking a park (Hillside Park) and is located around 8 minutes from Tulse Hill Station and about 10 minutes from Streatham Hill Station, or a short bus ride to Brixton Station if you require the tube. The room itself is a good sized double room that is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, lounge chair and double bed as well as ample storage space. There is an open plan Kitchen and living room, alongside a bathroom and balcony.

I am a teacher who works in central London so I am away from the flat all day and out during the evenings and weekends, so for much of the time it will feel like you have the flat to yourself and won't have to worry about silly flatshare things like queues for the bathroom or only having one shelf in the fridge!

The room is really quiet and the block is away from main roads and so nice and tranquil. As a bonus the sunrises from the flat are amazing!

The room will be available from the start of July on a temporary basis for up to three months and as a result, the rent is far cheaper than equivalent rooms and I am only asking for a small security deposit of £300 that will be refunded on departure. Vegetarian or Vegan cooking is preferred but not a deal breaker for the right person.
