Hi, my name is Richard and I am looking for someone to rent one of the bedrooms in my flat while my partner is working abroad for the next few months, so if you are looking for somewhere while working in London temporarily or until you find a permanent place this could be for you. The flat is in a small block overlooking a park (Hillside Park) and is located around 8 minutes from Tulse Hill Station and about 10 minutes from Streatham Hill Station, or a short bus ride to Brixton Station if you require the tube. The room itself is a good sized double room that is furnished with a chest of drawers, desk and double bed. There is an open plan Kitchen and living room, alongside a bathroom and balcony. The room is really quiet and the block is away from main roads and so nice and tranquil. As a bonus the sunrises from the flat are amazing!
