Double bedroom avail in 2 bed flat

Hi, I am looking for (preferably) a female to move into the flat I currently live in. The place is a gorgeous period house split into flats. With lots of windows for natural light and wooden floors throughout.

Area:
The flat is a 10 mins walk to Tulse Hill station with links to the rest of South London, London Bridge, changing at Peckham for East London links. Brockwell Park is a 20 minute walk and a 15/20 mins bus to Brixton.

The room available is a double room, the flat is furnished with all my furnishings, eg. sofa, TV, coffee machine.

I am easy to live with, I love cooking and watching tv in the winter evenings, I am very sociable and up for going for a drink or hanging out and catching up on life & have a good old gossip but also take time to chill on my own in my room. I am currently in the flat a lot as I’m between jobs but if you are WFH I respect this and keep myself out of the way if you need the front room for this! I am very sociable so balance my time with dinners, yoga and am a nail artist in training ✨

Bills covering G&E, water, TV, council tax usually come in around £130 each with flex on G&E across winter and summer seasons.
Local council is Lambeth Council.
